Family Assistance Updates
December 2008

RAYMOND E. DICKEL - 12-2-08 - (Forrest) We received a phone call from Ray stating that he had his left hip replaced back in May 2008. This surgery did not improve his problem, fact is, that he is in worse shape now and more pain than
before his surgery. He intends to see his Primary Care Physician and attempt to get an MRI done and also a second opinion as to "what might be wrong" as the surgeon that performed this operation "claims" nothing is wrong. Our prayers are with Ray for a 2nd opinion and a correction for a very painful situation.

KEN MANISCALCO:  Ken called this morning to advise that he was released from the hospital this past Sunday and is at home convalescing.  He reports that he is having his best day since surgery.  He reports that he had 5 bypasses after going in for an annual checkup and his stress test caused a burning sensation in his chest which led to the surgery a week ago today.  He wants to let everyone know that he appreciates the prayers, phone calls and visits and would welcome some phone calls at his home number 281-373-0138.  Make that call now and help him in his recovery.

Nelson Foehner,FAC
